Our Preferred Vendor Program offers a unique opportunity to connect with our agents and their clients by providing trusted, high-quality services. Through this program, we carefully select and partner with companies that empower our leadership team, agents, and their clients with valuable tools, resources, and support. The strength of these partnerships contributes to our continued success, and we are excited to grow even further with your participation. We look forward to building a thriving relationship with you in our vendor network!

The vendor program is designed to provide exposure for vendors and create relationship building opportunities with Keller Williams Metropolitan (KW Met) agents. The vendor agreement is a one year minimum commitment. Your automatic payment will continue beyond the year minimum, unless you notify us. While KW Met reserves the right to make changes to the vendor program at any time, vendors shall be notified of all changes immediately. Preferred Vendors are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

Vendors are expected to uphold KW Met’s belief system when dealing with our agents, customers, and other vendors

Vendors shall be respectful and professional at all times. Vendors shall be prompt to all events.

Vendors shall provide the Market Center with their company logo. Vendors shall be responsible for maintaining the supply of marketing material in the Market Center.

Vendors shall keep the Market Center updated on any changes to business license or other pertinent information such as contact information or company logo changes

Right

of

First Refusal:

Vendors in our program hold the right of first refusal to all sponsorship opportunities. Each vendor is able to attend their allotted number of events, based on the tier of the program

Non-Exclusive: This program is not designed to be exclusive to each individual vendor's business Vendors hold the right of first refusal except for sponsorships that were previously agreed upon prior to the program's inception.

Additional Events: Vendors may choose to schedule an event that is not sanctioned by the Market Center which would be at the vendor’s own cost. For example, a vendor may choose to host a Lunch & Learn event or other class at the Market Center. This would not be included in the Vendor Program cost. Please contact the Director of Agent Services and our Career Development Coach to discuss these opportunities.

Willingness to provide one of the following: Preferred pricing for KW Met Associates, A discount (either as a percentage or dollar amount) for KW Met Associates, A referral fee to KW Met Associates for business directed.

I acknowledge and understand the following terms of the Keller Williams Metropolitan Vendor Partnership Program:

Monitoring System 1.

If a complaint is registered against a vendor by one of our clients, the matter will be reviewed by the Agent and Team Leader to determine its validity If the complaint is deemed valid, it will be reported to the Broker, who will document the issue and discuss it with the Vendor Complaint Resolution Process 2.

Upon receiving a second valid complaint, the ALC (Agent Leadership Council), Broker, and Team Leader will review the situation and decide on appropriate action. Actions may include removal from the Vendor Partnership Program, at the sole discretion of Keller Williams Metropolitan.

By signing below, I affirm that the services being advertised by my company align with the standards and expectations of the Keller Williams Metropolitan Vendor Partnership Program.

I acknowledge that the Vendor Partnership Program is authorized for the calendar year 2024, beginning on January 1, 2025, and concluding on December 31, 2025. The program fee will be prorated based on the start date, calculated from the first day of the starting month through the end of the year. For example, if enrollment begins on April 1, 2024, the fee will be calculated for a 9-month term I understand that all program fees are non-refundable.

No Guarantee Statement 4.

Keller Williams Metropolitan (KW MET) agents are independent contractors. The KW MET Vendor Program provides participants with unique marketing opportunities to connect with KW MET associates that are not available to non-participants. However, participation in the KW MET Vendor Program does not guarantee, and cannot guarantee, the sale of any goods or services to KW MET associates.

The Vendor Partnership Program is not available to entities engaged in Settlement Services Settlement Services are defined as any services connected to real estate settlements, including but not limited to title searches, title examinations, the issuance of title certificates or title insurance, legal services such as document preparation or representation by an attorney, property surveys, the preparation of credit reports or appraisals, pest and fungus inspections, real estate agent or broker services, the origination of federally related mortgage loans (including but not limited to the taking of loan applications, loan processing, underwriting, or funding), and any services related to the handling, processing, or closing of settlements Entities providing such services are not eligible to participate in the Vendor Partnership Program.
