THE NEW 6M SERIES
John Deere Introduces New 6M Tractor Series
John Deere announces the introduction of the new 6M tractor series with a significantly expanded model line up. The series now offers 17 models in total, including 10 above 150hp suitable for the most diverse farm needs. From the compact 6M 95 to the powerful 6M 250, spanning various frame-size segments, the series now provides even more choice for farmers looking for high performing tractors with little handling complexity.
Noteworthy additions include the highhorsepower 4-cylinder 6M 150 and the upgraded 6M 145 with six cylinders. Equipped with a 4.5 or 6.8 litre engine, all models offer additional horsepower of up to 20 hp (rated power) with Intelligent Power Management (IPM) system in transport or PTO applications.
A broad range of transmission choices, from the well-known and proven mechanical PowrQuad Plus to the stepless AutoPowr technology, ensures optimal performance for all needs. Furthermore, all 6-cylinder 6M models can be equipped, as an option, with larger hydraulic pumps delivering 155 l/min or up to 195 l/min enabling maximum productivity when running larger implements.
Expanded Model Line-Up
The 6M tractor series now features 17 models, including 10 models above 150 hp, catering to a wide range of farm operations.
In the small frame segment, the new 6M 150 joins the line-up as a highhorsepower model that is exceptionally powerful with a maximum 177 hp with IPM but also compact and nimble.
Within the midframe segment, the 6M 145 model has been upgraded to feature six cylinders instead of four, while the addition of the new 6M 165 and 6M 185 models further diversify this entire segment.
The large frame segment also welcomes two additional models, the 6M 220 and 6M 240, offering robust performance and versatility for demanding tasks.
The extra-large frame segment now showcase the all-new 6M 230 and 6M 250 models, setting standards in power and efficiency for larger-scale operations.

With the high-resolution 10.1” G5 or the 12.8” G5 Universal Display, operators can seamlessly connect their ISOBUS implement and utilize John Deere Precision Ag Technology for enhanced productivity. Features like AutoTrac, Section Control, and Variable Rate Application offer precision farming solutions, optimizing field performance. Data Sync enables wireless sharing of field data and guidance line between machines, streamlining operations and maximizing efficiency.

The integration of JDLink provides remote operator support and ensures that all new 6M tractor models receives the latest over-the-air software updates, keeping them up to date with the latest advancements in technology.

HarvestLab 3000
HarvestLab 3000 is a highly accurate mobile laboratory that measures crop and slurry constituents for better analysis and planning of crops and fertiliser strategies. It can be fitted to combines, slurry tankers and forage harvesters or used as a standalone analytical tool for feed analysis. Using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy HarvestLab 3000 takes more than 4,000 measurements every second for highly accurate analysis. It replaces traditional manual sampling techniques with real-time measurement in the field.
Easily Document Data – an app for farm management
John Deere Operations Centre allows to create reports on fertilizer, spraying and other field based work carried out on connect John Deere in-cab displays. Analyse this data through your phone whilst using your computer to set up work, create reports and monitor, plan and maximise your farm or turf business’ potential.

What
is a Maintenance Plan?
This is where we calculate the value of the servicing for a specified term, based on your estimated annual usage, upon signing the value of the plan can then be paid monthly, quarterly or at any interval to suit your cashflow, by standing order.
My tractor is 10 years old, can I put maintenance plan on it?
There is no age limit as to the machine the plan is to be applied to, likewise we can put plans on tractors, loadalls, combines, foragers or even Gators.
What
happens if I sell my tractor halfway through the plan?
The plan can facilitate cancellations so that you only pay for the servicing you have had.
What
happens if I finish paying but haven’t had all my services?
Then Mona Tractors will come and do the services when they are due.
Why is this a benefit when I can just pay whenever a service is carried out?
The benefit is that by entering into a plan you fix your costs for the term of the plan, allowing you to know your servicing costs to the penny every month. We also know that servicing modern, sophisticated machines can lead to bills that some months can be disruptive to cashflow, so a plan would ease this.
If I take out an extended warranty do I need a maintenance plan?
Extended warranty is to cover your machine in the event of a mechanical breakdown. A maintenance plan is purely to provide servicing at the time it is due, and is a prerequisite of any of the extended warranties we offer. That said, you can take out a maintenance plan without an extended warranty, but you cannot have an extended warranty without a supporting maintenance plan.
