Voted 2021's Best of the Best Caterer -Throughout Volusia & Flagler County! Whatever's Clever Cuisine was opened by two friends, Marie Phillips and Heather Otero who managed to take the area by storm during the pandemic. Although, along with their finely trained staff, they have catered events for as many as 300 guests, they have quickly become quite popular in the more intimate private chef dinners in client homes on land and water, as well as simple "drop off " services. Their "work of art" platters and charcuterie boards can be found at many local spas and businesses in the area on a regular basis. WCC prides themselves on using the freshest and healthiest version of every ingredient, turning it into a culinary experience. Showcasing their experience in all cultures of food is an attribute not found in many other places.
