The proposed sale to Kootcnai County of 43 acres of college-owned land may net the financial ald office $104,00010 use for smdcnt scholarships and loans, North Idaho College Dean of Administration Rolland Jurgens said. The land, named Spokane Point, is located near Hamson and includes over 4SO feet of undeveloped Cocurd'Alc:nc lake front proper. ty.
