PRIMA INSTITUTE 2021 The Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) is committed to protecting the health and safety of all attendees at the 2021 PRIMA Institute. PRIMA is working diligently to facilitate a meeting that mitigates COVID-19 exposure for 2021 PRIMA Institute attendees and staff. While it is not possible to completely eliminate all risk, we are doing everything we can to provide this valuable education opportunity, in an environment that is safe for all. PRIMA’S SAFETY MEASURES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO): PREVENTIVE MEASURES

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

• Hand sanitizer and masks are available at the check in desk.

• All food will either be individually wrapped or served by a masked employee.

• Face masks must be worn at all times unless you are eating/drinking.

• Attendees are asked to social distance as much as possible when eating.

• Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the venue.

• The coffee station will include single-use, disposable cups and utensils.

MEETING VENUE • A larger ballroom has been secured to provide extra space for social distancing purposes. CHECK IN • Attendees are asked to social distance when picking up conference materials at the check in desk. • Plexiglass barriers will be installed at the check in table to protect attendees and staff.
