Festive Lunches Our festive lunches are renowned for superb food and value for money, a great way to get together with friends, family or colleagues and start the holiday season.

Dine in one of our three rooms, the Conservatory, with its riverside views or the William Leader room for a more intimate and relaxed experience. For larger parties, we have the Seymour Suite with its own private bar.

When making an initial reservation, a non-refundable deposit of ÂŁ10.00 per person is required for groups of 8 or more and a pre-order would be required 14 days in advance.

Please note: We will attempt to provide you with a specific room request but this cannot be guaranteed unless a room hire charge has been paid. Please ask at time of reserving.

Festive Party Nights A party night is a great way to celebrate and the best way to kick start the festive period with work colleagues or a group of friends. Our party nights include a traditional Christmas meal with our resident DJ to keep the party going. This year, back by popular demand, ‘Strike a Pose’ in the photo mirror from 9.00pm until 11.00pm.

We can cater for small or larger groups. If you wish to book the room for a private party, just contact us and we will be happy to design your very own bespoke party.

Eat, Dance, Enjoy!

The evening starts at 6.30pm with your Christmas meal served promptly at 7.30pm after which our resident DJ will get the party started, so dancing shoes at the ready!

Music will end at midnight.

The Diglis Christmas party nights are fantastic value for money, from only £33.00*/£38.00** per person.

We will hold a provisional booking for 7 days after which, we only require a £10 non-refundable deposit per person.

Be sure to book your accommodation and take advantage of a Garden Wing room for the evening from only £55.00 per person (based on two people sharing a twin or double room) Single accommodation is available at £65.00 per room, upgrades are possible subject to availability.

Christmas Day Christmas Day is a magical time to relax and spend quality time with family and friends. Let us take care of every last detail for you. Enjoy traditional Christmas Day lunch in our Seymour Suite. Tastefully designed and decorated, it offers you a unique festive atmosphere which all the family will enjoy.

The menu is designed to make your meal unforgettable. Throw in great service, beautiful crackers and a glass of ‘fizz’ and you have the recipe for a stress-free day.

Join us from 12 noon and relax with a glass of champagne and canapés in our ‘house’.

Lunch is served at 1pm. The menu has been specially designed by Chef to give you the choice of traditional Christmas Fayre or the chance to try something different. Every dish is freshly prepared by his team and ingredients carefully selected from local Worcestershire suppliers. A menu which is sure to tantalise the taste buds and for you to savour.

The wine list will be available for you to pre-order on confirmation of your reservation.

Children 12 and under will be charged at half the adult price.

New Year's Eve What better way to see in the new year of 2020 than to join us at Diglis House? We have organised a sparkling evening of glitz, glamour, indulgence and dancing.

Join us for the evening in the exquisitely decorated Seymour Suite at 6.30pm for champagne and canapés with a greeting from the General Manager. Dinner will be served at 7pm.

Our New Year’s Eve celebration has a lavish menu designed to provide only the best of locally sourced ingredients. A fantastic 8 course menu, all skilfully prepared in-house by Chef Mike Hughes and his excellent culinary team.

Following dinner, there will be music from our DJ who will get the party swinging and take us through until midnight when we will toast the New Year in. Music will continue to 1am.

Terms and Conditions. The prices printed in this brochure are for bookings made directly with the hotel. We reserve the right to apply a surcharge to cover commissionable bookings.

HOW TO BOOK Please telephone 01905 353518 to check availability for your chosen date. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost for Christmas accommodation, Christmas Day lunch and New Year’s Eve Celebration dinner is required or a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person for the parties or events. Please make cheques payable to Diglis House Hotel. For all packages, parties and events, full payment of the balance is required by 14 days prior to the event with pre-orders for food and wine.

1. Bookings are considered provisional at the time of booking. A provisional booking is held for 7 days after which time the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice or communication.

2. A booking is not considered final until a £10.00 deposit per person has been paid for party nights and a non-refundable 50% deposit for accommodation, Christmas Day lunch and New Year’s Eve Gala Ball.

3. Final payment is due by 14 days prior to the event. Any reduction in numbers after this time will result in the deposit (non-transferable) being retained by the Hotel. Final invoice will be based on final numbers or those attending on the day, whichever is higher.

4. Only food and beverages purchased from the hotel can be consumed on the premises. Any guest found with their own alcohol will be removed from the premises and no refund will be available.

5. If cancelling a Christmas booking of any kind, this must be done in writing at least 28 days prior to the date. Between 14 and 28 days, 50% of the total pre- booked event becomes payable to the hotel as cancellation charge. Within a 14 day period, 100% becomes payable.

Any deposits already paid are non-refundable.

6. Pre-orders are required for Christmas Parties, Christmas Day lunch and New Year’s Eve Gala Ball, however, they will not be required for Festive lunch bookings unless the party is 8 and above. All required pre-orders must be received 14 days prior to the event.

7. The Hotel reserves the right to make changes to menus in the event that ingredients cannot be sourced.

8. In the unlikely event you should experience problems during your party, please contact the Duty Manager immediately. It is very difficult to address and rectify problems after this time.

9. For party nights to be a success, a minimum number of attendees are required. Should numbers fall short on a specific night the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the event. At least 2 weeks’ notice will be given and a full refund or alternative night will be offered, subject to availability.

10. All payments made are non-refundable.

11. In the event of extreme, adverse weather conditions that means the event cannot go ahead, we will arrange and offer an alternative date. Unfortunately, no refund can be given under these circumstances. However, event insurance can be purchased from local companies.

12. All cheques are to be made payable to Diglis House Hotel. One cheque per party group please.

Information required at time of booking: Arrival date/ date of event, number in party. For residential programmes (including overnight stays) number of nights, number of singles, twins, doubles, name of guest/host/organiser, address, postcode, telephone/mobile no. and contact email address of lead person.
