Testimonials

Overall Experience 

My mother is very happy here and extremely well looked after, from the manager to all of the staff you get the feeling they’re happy to work here which in turn creates a nice environment for the residents. I never worry about the care my mother receives at Chandos Lodge Care Home. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall Experience 

My mother has been in Chandos Lodge for over two years now. During this time Mum has been well cared for and various support /medical plans have been put in place and updated accordingly. These are done on a regular basis with updates to family members as necessary.

The management and staff are very professional and well led by the Care Manager. The staff are always on hand to help with any matters and clearly make sure Mum is well looked after.

Thank you - this is all very much appreciated.

Overall Experience 

My mother-in-law went in for emergency respite, the manager, deputy manager and the team were excellent and so kind to her. They communicated with us well too. My mother-in-law described her stay as comfortable and enjoyable, with excellent food. She has even asked for future respite to be at Chandos Lodge Care Home. Thank you to all of the team.

Overall Experience 

What can I say, the staff are always very helpful and often go that extra mile to reassure and help. During the last 12 months of what we all know has been a very difficult and testing time, the staff have been wonderful to my mother and if I have any questions, they have answered them very quickly. Throughout the last 12 months, I have been comforted by the knowledge that my mother is being well cared for and I have to say, looks in better health now than before the pandemic.

I would like to put on record my thanks to all the staff at the Chandos Lodge.
