World Book Day

As always, World Book Day was a special day on our calendar. A day that was filled with exciting activities that encourage and foster a love for reading and storytelling. During the day we also had a lovely visit from the ‘Reader Leaders’ from St Mary’s who read stories to the younger children.

The boys and girls shared some of their favourite books with their friends and completed some art and craft activites based on their books. It is such a lovely celebration of books and reading that we hope nurtures and empowers all of our young readers.
