GROWING KEON HOMES AIMS FOR RECORD FIFTH YEAR

2023 is set to be an exciting year for Keon Homes, one of the West Midlands’ fastest-growing providers of affordable homes and social housing.

The Burntwood-based company,which was formed by industry experts RichardWilliams, Warren Bolton and Noel Sweeney,isoncourse to celebrate its fifth birthday in style by passing the £30 million turnover mark.

In addition to sustained growth in affordable housing, private rentaland niche open Market projects, the firm has also secured alandmark deal in the ‘Extra Care’ sector for the first time.

This has been akey focus since the business was formed in 2018 and the new £15m agreement with The Wrekin Housing Group will see Keon Homes build a70-strong mix of one and two-bed apartments, private gardens, and communal café.

Keon Homes, which alongside Cameron Homes and Chasetown Civil Engineering is part of The Tara Group, has recruitedafurther 17 people to cope with the continuing increase in demand.

The company’sforte is medium to large scale projects with ahigh degree of complexity.
