Wellness incentives are effective January 1 of each calendar year and will be rewarded as a reduction to your employee contributions. As a new hire, you will begin earning incentives on completion and verification of each element of the incentive program. What is the deadline for earning rewards?
You must complete all elements of the program within 60 days of your date of hire. Late entries will not be accepted! What if I don’t want to participate in the program?
No problem. All of the programs available are completely voluntary. Those that choose not to participate will simply forfeit the wellness incentive reduction to the employee medical benefits contribution.
