You’ve Got a Friend in Me: Autism & Disability Awareness

Throughout the past year I have traveled around to many schools in my community to help spread awareness and advocate for those with autism and other disabilities. I have educated students on how we can include and make everyone feel important. I have also worked hand in hand with Payson city to create an adaptive soccer league where I have helped those with disabilities gain opportunity and confidence that they may not have had otherwise.

To me scholarship means achievement. Achieving something you have worked hard for and having your hard work pay off.
