The LeadHERship Project

I empower the next generation of women leaders through education, mentorship, and connection. I encourage women to step into leadership roles by teaching them about outstanding leadership, facilitating mentorship relationships, and connecting them with opportunities to develop their leadership skills. This year I have worked with 14 different women and mentorship organizations to help over 2,000 Utah women gain or improve their leadership skills and find the confidence to lead.
