The Happy Brain Project

My goal is to educate individuals on how to build resilience and a happier headspace through healthy coping skills and positive action. In order to do so, I have partnered with licensed mental health therapists and the PG Cares Coalition to create a 7-unit curriculum. K-12 educators have access to this curriculum for their classroom via in-class and video presentations.
