Our Approach

To Coach - Our approach to coaching is relational, systemic, and transformational. We believe change happens through relationships that are open and based on trust. We engage on a one to one and team basis, but we keep the broader system, context and stakeholders in mind.

At Mission Performance, we believe that personalised one to one coaching should not just be for executives.

With our thirty in-house EMCC (G) practitioner coaches, we can deliver quality at scale and target specific management populations whilst supporting your efforts to establish a coaching culture.

Many of our clients choose to spend their personalised annual budgets

engaging a coach to help them grow and develop.

We work at a deep level by developing an appropriate mindset and capacity to relate to self and others.

We also have a team of professionally trained actors and theatre directors who provide targeted, one to one and group Communications Coaching. We teach the appropriate amount of theory for these hybrid engagements and then coach its implementation

We coach individuals and teams. We can also qualify you to coach and can accredit your previous management and coaching experience with the EMCC (G) through our Professional Coach Accelerator program.

We work one to one, one to many, virtually and face to face, locally and globally. We can deliver quality at any scale underpinned by our EQA centre status with the EMCC(G).

One to One and Team Coaching

Our Coaching practice of thirty specialist coaches can scale coaching across your entire organisation or provide targeted coaching to specific management groups, helping to establish individual high performing learning journeys through coaching. We also provide specialist EMCC Team Coaching.

Case Study – DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

Company - Global Energy Services Provider - (Digital Technology Client Location – Houston, Texas.

Overview - The entire management population of an integrated project Technology Centre based in Houston, Texas. The Technology Centre leads multiple digital project teams delivering complex integrated solutions to clients globally.

Solution Format: We provided a dedicated team of five EMCC (G) coaches. Each coach engaged with five client managers and participated in group coaching and supervision

Challenge: A broad range of management and leadership experience across the target population combined with missioncritical skill gaps required a highly personalised approach to learning and development. In addition, constraints placed on the team because of the pandemic and hybrid working required that any learning solution be flexible and delivered online.

Results: Each manager received six months of personalised coaching to close their development gaps. This approach is now the preferred alternative to traditional event-based development.

Accreditation Professional Coach Accelerator –

EMCC (G) Practitioner Coach Development Programme

The Professional Coach Accelerator is a Virtual EMCC Accreditation programme specifically designed to fast track your journey from experienced people manager to Professional Coach.

We take complete account of your prior experience and learning within our overall assessment, thereby accelerating your coaching accreditation journey.

Successful graduates gain an internationally recognised, professionally designated Accreditation with EMCC Global at Foundation or Practitioner level. It is delivered virtually and spans eight weeks.
