Send your customers digital receipts
Setup eReceipts in Minfos and at the end of the sale, ask your customer whether they want to receive a paper or digital receipt (eReceipt).
You can send the eReceipt via:
• Email or • SMS using Minfos SMS Connect* In the instance the Retail Assistant selects the customer in Minfos during the sale, the software intuitively picks up the customer’s contact details. That is, if the customer has an email or mobile number on file, the customer’s details will be automatically populated on the eReceipt dialog and it will be ready to send if they request an eReceipt.
You can also manually send the eReceipt to a different email address or phone number, where:
• You haven’t selected a customer during the sale • The customer’s contact details aren’t in your system • The customer wants the eReceipt sent to an alternate contact
