Minfos eQueue allows you to efficiently manage your paper and electronic scripts

Key features:

• Add any type of script to the electronic script basket (eQueue) from either Minfos Till or Dispense • Manage a single basket for multiple scripts for an individual patient • Manage a single basket for multiple scripts for multiple patients (suitable for managing a family’s script basket) • View basket details including waiting or calling back status, number of scripts in the basket and notes • Add a patient request for a PRF, CMI, tax invoice or to speak to the pharmacist • Search for a patient by name or code • Filter by facility, whether the customer is waiting, calling back or if the script has been externally queued • Edit customer details, add or update the basket from the queue • Shortcut keys are available to help you dispense faster
