Pop-up customer notes

Add internal customer notes to let your staff know about any special instructions when they are serving the customer at the Till or Dispense. The pop-up customer notes will appear when staff recall the customer in either of these modules.

Use this feature when:

• You want to follow-up on an overdue account • The customer doesn’t want certain items to be charged to their account • A special order is waiting for the customer to collect

Key features include:

• Add customer notes from the customer’s profile • The customer notes is a free text field • Use the F6 or Alt+V shortcut keys available in Dispense to save time
