Quickly generate a report that provides your patient with their medication list

The Patient Medication Summary report provides a summarised list of all medications the patient has been dispensed since a defined date.

For easy reviewing, the report condenses all the times the drug was supplied to the patient and displays it as one entry.

The generated report provides you with:

• Brand name with the active ingredients • Quantity supplied at the last dispensing • Displays the first and last time this drug has been dispensed

Select the patient STEP 2

Enter the ‘Drugs Dispensed Since’ date and the report will display all medications that have been supplied after this date STEP 3

Choose whether to include directions STEP 4

Sort the report by drug name or last dispensed date
