MindShare Media As the agency manager, I am responsible for creating, implementing, optimizing, managing and reporting on digital marketing campaigns for clients ranging from SMB’s to regional powerhouses and ultimately Fortune 500 conglomerates. In doing so, on average we have increased our client’s online revenue by 129% and increased their ROI by a minimum of 45% to a maximum of 269%. Below are some of the various capacities in which I have served in recent years: As the client engagement lead on multiple accounts for a regional medical corporation, I am responsible for directing team-based project planning, design and execution of strategic digital marketing and social media initiatives on behalf of their 163 medical offices. Through our efforts over the past 12 months, on average we have increased traffic by 315%, client engagement by 183% and online engagement sales by 76%, using Marketo as the CRM, Joomla and Abobe Marketing Cloud for content management and Click Density for analytics. Project Manager for a Fortune 50 pharmaceutical company, where as Technical Lead/Project Manager for the design, build and implementation of a $20 million marketing automation system, we were able to improve customer engagement by 39%, marketing ROI by 47% and month to month sales by 5.2%, using Marketo, Episerver and Optimizely for analytics & A/B testing Interim Chief Marketing Officer for a super-regional dental practice, where I managed the redesign of the company’s digital footprint by redesigning websites, microsites and social media properties, was the lead on the implementation of a robust search engine marketing campaign and finally, I designed, built and managed the implementation of a marketing automation system which improved website traffic by 350%, patient engagement by 122% and month to month profits by as much as 63%, using Eloqua, Sitecore and ClickTale for analytics.
