COTABATO CITY — Officials approved Wednesday a wage order increasing by P16.00 the daily pay of private sector workers in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. Members of the Bangsamoro Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (BTWPB), chaired by BARMM’s labor minister, Muslimin Sema, signed the order Wednesday in a simple rite at the regional capitol here. USIP hosts peace meet with BARMM officials

Cotabato City now Level 1 quarantine classification By Edwin O. Fernandez THE Cotabato City government on Thursday announced that the city is now under COVID-19 Alert Level 1 covering the period of June 16 to June 30 this year. In a Facebook posts, the city government said the National Inter-Agency Task Force on Infectious Diseases placed Cotabato City in this category due to improving anti-COVID programs. The city have passed have passed all the needed qualifications such as 70 percent of the general population are fully vaccinated, 80 percent of the senior citizens have been fully vaccinated, no COVID-19 new case since June 1 and hospitals in the city have less than 50 percent
