The University of Mill Steel Updates The management team is excited to introduce a brand-new University of Mill Steel (U of M) course schedule for the remainder of 2018! It features over a dozen classes, serving up useful information to help new hires and seasoned associates alike in their daily roles!

Recent internal surveys showed that associates desired more opportunities for training and development. We took that feedback and set out to make the existing courses even better by adding additional information for associates at all levels. Another exciting change is that the managers will be teaching the courses they are experts in. Furthermore, six never before covered topics were added to U of M: Excel, Outlook, Queries, Security, Zoom Meetings, and Major Costs and Efficiencies.
