“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” Values2 – Winston Churchill As Mill Steel associates, we are fortunate enough to work for a company that allows us to do both. Not only that, but we were given a voice on which organizations we would like Mill Steel to support. Our community outreach strategy allows us to execute fundraising events better and plan service projects in advance, which truly leads to Mill Steel having a greater impact on the community. The votes are in and the four charities you selected are listed below. Q1: Helen DeVos Children's Hospital Mission: Philanthropy helps make it possible for us to launch, expand and sustain important programs and services. Donations to the foundation help save lives and advance the health and well-being of our young patients and their families. Q2: Alzheimer's Association - Greater Michigan Chapter Mission: The Alzheimer's Association advances research to end Alzheimer's and dementia while enhancing care for those living with the disease.

Q3: D.A. Blodgett - St. John's Mission: Helping children and empowering families by providing safety, advocacy and support.

Q4: Operation Injured Soldiers Mission: At Operation Injured Soldiers, we treat veterans as individuals, working to provide unique opportunities and experiences that are tailored to veterans' needs and their families.

We will continue with the monthly Fun For Fundraising activities at each luncheon.
