10 BannerFlex Bracket(s) WARRANTY DETAILS

KBW BANNERFLEX BRACKETS are warranted for ten (10) years, from the date of KBW invoice against defects in material and workmanship when installed according to KBW installation instructions and when used to support banners in the standard size of:30 x 94” or smaller*.

Excessive force (hammering, etc.) is not necessary and will void the warranty. Nor does this warranty cover installation or removal costs incurred by customer. bannerFlex brackets are warrantied to withstand wind gusts up to 70 MPH when used with banners measuring 30 x 94” or smaller.

REMEMBER: Refer to KBW Hardware Banding Chart on Installation Instructions for proper methods of attachment. Also, bracket installation should be inspected 30 days after the initial installation and every 60 days thereafter, making any necessary adjustments immediately.

KBW BANNERFLEX JUNIOR BRACKETS and screw gear banding are warranted for a period of ten (10) years from the date of KBW invoice against defects in material and workmanship when installed according to KBW installation instructions an when used to support banners 20” x 48” or smaller.

This warranty does not apply where equipment is used, or installation performed, in any manner contrary to KBW’s specifications and instructions, nor where equpment is altered or modified.

BANNER & BRACKET SIZE NOTE: Custom products that are manufactured larger than our standard sizes may be subject to the above or different warranties depending upon specifications.

For Permanent Outdoor Banner Stands The BannerFlex Messenger Banner Stand is used for applications requiring permanent banner installation. It allows easy, tamper-proof banner changes and is engineered for durability and dependability.

The Messenger GMS stand is a ground-mounted system, engineered to be bolted to concrete, wood or other suitable material.

Custom sizes are available (subject to minimum order/banner sold separately). Contact your Consort representative for more information.

The standard GMS BannerStand will accomodate 72” or 48” tall banners (fittings are included for both) and banner widths from 16” to 24” in 2’ increments (specify your choice). The spring-loaded top bar and our exclusive “Perfect Fit” fastener locations ensure a tight and trim banner appearance.

The new FlagTrax LED includes two flexible weather-protected LED light strips which slide into the aluminum FlagTrax track to illuminate both sides of the flag/banner.

Like bothflags and banners, the lighting strips can be changed fromthe ground, without the use of a bucket truck.

Using a small transformer with both LED strips installed, the light provides approximately 5200 lumens (@ 70 watts +/-) for a 30”x 60” banner – equivalent to a 300 watt incandescent bulb.

Standard color: bright white. Other colors are available as special orders.

For ease of use and convenience the access point to FlagTrax can be at eye level with a locking cap at the bottom of the track providing security.

All FlagTrax flags incorporate special fittings and finishing to function properly. FlagTrax® is especially designed for use with fabric flags made of knitted or woven polyester, single and double-sided. It is also suitable for vinyl and acrylic fabrics.

If additional security is required, the access point can be positioned a couple feet higher which can be reached with a step ladder.

FlagTrax® Mounting Options FlagTrax is designed for a wide range of applications.

These include mounting to lighting columns, round or octagonal steel or concrete poles, wooden lampposts, etc., as well as mounting to suitable walls, stand alone fixed poles etc. The track is typically fixed to structures with screws or stainless steel band strapping.

FlagTrax® Sizes

There are six stock sizes of track. They each accommodate 2 to 3 lengths of flags, as shown in the charts on the right. Custom sizes are also available.

Support Brackets A horizontal top bracket arm is required for utility pole and standard wall installations. This bracket arm is an integral part of the system to bear the wind forces that are transmitted by the flag. A KBW FlagTrax® bracket especially designed for FlagTrax® should be included for most installations.

Outdoor Pennant Systems Pole Dimensions/Comparisons

DoriPole WARRANTY DETAILS

Dori Pole products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship when installed, handled and maintained according to Consort specifications and/or instructions. Warranty protection is voided when the product is used or installed in any manner contrary to Consort specifications and/or instructions or when the product is altered or modified in any way.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, which is typically the invoice date. Dori Pole yokes and poles are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. Dori Pole pennants are warranted for 30 days in winds less than 35 mph. Pennants should not be flown when wind or wind gusts exceed 35 mph.

Nylon pennants and flags which are flown continuously on outdoor poles will normally begin to show slight signs of wear and fraying within the first 30 to 60 days due to sun, weather elements, wind gusting and constant movement. Most flag companies recommend replacing flags and pennants at least every 6 months to maintain fresh, colorful presentations.

Warranty Remedy If, during the above warranty periods, your Dori Pole product fails to perform for material or workmanship reasons, please contact Consort for inspection and warranty certification. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning any product. Collect shipments will be refused. Defective product will be repaired or replaced at Consort’s discretion and expense, and returned to the buyer. DP

DANISH DESIGN A Brief History – Abstracta is the innovative modular display and furniture system originally created in Denmark but now manufactured in Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA, by Consort Display Group.

Two sizes of Abstracta, 13mm and 19mm are available to allow the concept to be used for most any configuration utilizing 90-degree connections.

Architect Poul Cadovius created and perfected the Abstracta tube and connector system in the early 1960’s in Copenhagen.

The system was the first of its kind to allow the modular construction of simple and complex structural shapes, quickly and easily.

The many awards granted to architect Cadovius and Abstracta include a Gold Medal in Brussels for International Design and The ID Classics Prize in 1992 by the Danish Design Centre.

In the words of one of the ID Classics judges, “Poul Cadovius’ Abstracta System is, both technically and visually, the minimal construction a space framework should be...it can hardly be done more simply, either technically or visually...A design so simple and natural that it is almost not a design. A design classic in the full meaning of the word.”
