Maj. Sheila Nelson, garrison CSM, Command Sgt Maj. Wendy Robinson, 23rd Quartermaster Brigade CSM, and Sgt. Maj. Libbie Adams, an Ordnance SGM, who each offered insights about career advancement and the challenges that female Soldiers face today. Attendees included ALC and SLC students as well as numerous NCOA cadre members and small group leaders. (RIGHT) Chaplain (Capt.) David Hicks, the Army Logistics University chaplain, leads a group of Basic Officer Leader Course students in prayer during a Good Friday field service last week at the Fort Lee range.The 63 young officers who attended the event are participating in Quartermaster and Ordnancerelated training, which includes field exercises that give them an opportunity to practice their newly acquired Army leadership skills.
