Despite prices remaining relatively the same since Q3, Q4 remained a competitive period for prospective buyers. Like buyers, sellers may have to adjust their market strategies to stand out amidst shifting conditions that are typical of a new administration. Despite any unforeseeable changes, sold listings in the Ultra-Luxury Market (priced at $4M and above) rose by 12.47%, signaling continued buyer interest in high-end properties.
