Małopolski Instytut Kultury

We are a Malopolskie Voivodeship institution of culture answerable to the provincial authorities, formed as a result of the modernisation of the Malopolska Cultural Centre. Since 2002, our new name has reflected the goals we set for ourselves. By building long-term development programmes based on partnership relations, we aim to create a community of Malopolska institutions of culture, cooperating and supporting one another. By organising events targeting wide audiences, we aim to propagate good leisure time practices. One of the focal points of our acivity is the use of new technologies to promote the cultural heritage of Malopolska, including the heritage of national and ethnic minorities.
