INTRODUCTION
Goal: Analyze security challenges triggered by the quarantine and review best crisis management practices at various levels.
Objectives:
To assess the readiness of authorities and local governments as well as available security models and protocols to implement the nation-wide quarantine;
To identify successful and ineffective strategies as well as tactics used by the authorities and stakeholders at different levels to enforce quarantine regime;
To analyze the impact of quarantine-related restrictions upon social cohesion and social dynamics of territorial communities at different levels.
