FITNESS ORIENTATION

We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your workouts so we encourage you to schedule a free fitness appointment. You will learn about cardiovascular exercise, weight training and how to properly use the equipment. Our fitness staff will also make fitness program recommendations based on your needs and goals. Please see Welcome Desk staff to book your appointment.

YCROSS OUTDOORS

Groups (up to 3 participants): 1 session for $60 6 sessions for $320

This small and Intense group cross training class is a great way to maximize your workout, train for an event or just give your results a boost. YCROSS is led by professional fitness staff, who challenge and motivate you to your top performance. Classes held at YMCA Camp Ingersoll.
