Award-winning impact In the 11-year history of the Urban Land Institute’s prestigious Development of Distinction Awards, no project has won both the jury award and the People’s Choice. Levy Park, a green oasis framed by Midway’s Kirby Grove Office to the north, and Avenue Grove upscale lofts to the south, took both awards in 2017. An innovative public-private partnership that has become a model for future P3 opportunities, the park + commercial development packs a big impact into a small footprint. Kirby Grove Office was chosen by international collaborative workplace company, Spaces, for its Houston market entry. Kiran’s, a fine-dining Indian restaurant, opened to rave reviews. With tenants like world-leading energy trading firm, Vitol and Houston business and litigation law firm BoyarMiller, Kirby Grove Office is poised to be fully leased in 2018.
