have received many e-mails from both companies stating they were business optimization firms to individuals introducing themselves as business coaches. We have been inundated not only by email but on social media as well with all this information coming at us, it is hard to sift through all of it to find what is a trap or what is an opportunity.

The first thing I discovered is that there is no standard certification to become a coach so it would seem that anyone can say they are a business coach. Many of them have said they can guarantee me a six-figure salary.
