The Facebook Group “Friends Helping Friends in Hillsboro” started out with my friend Kami Kimes of Hillsboro Title connecting with a small group of people who had a few extra supplies, and were willing to share with those in need from the coronavirus pandemic. Now this facebook group has grown to over 1500 people and evolved into the Hillsboro Community Supply Depot, which is allowing those in need to pick up food and other supplies; and will even deliver goods across Jefferson County. It just goes to show 1 person can start a mission!
