We wanted to increase our portfolio of direct, high-performing auto loans, made to members falling within the mid-credit tiers.
We recognize that many of the auto loan refinance campaigns that we've run in the past simply did not provide enough distinction from other credit union's running similar offers. We wanted to break away from the tradition of chasing top tier credit. Therefore, we took a chance and developed a campaign that would guarantee to provide qualified members with a significant benefit.
Briefly describe your target audience (who are your members?)
We carefully structured this campaign to target potential members who recently purchased an auto and maybe received a less than perfect rate due to their less than perfect credit.
