Chef extraordinaire reveals Coronation creations
It won’t have escaped your notice that there’s a Coronation on Saturday, May 6 - a day full of pomp and ceremony - so it may be a relief to learn that you can escape all that at Feckenham Village Hall at 7.30pm.
In a show entitled George Egg’s Set Menu – Coronation Special, chef and raconteur extraordinaire George Egg will be whipping up a spectacular meal in his own inimitable style using anything but conventional implements - think cement mixers and blowtorches.

Mr Egg has cooked for royalty but has chosen to cook for us. George, who has appeared on numerous TV shows, will whip up three complete meals on stage and invite the audience to taste them.
Please note that George will be offering a taste of his food – not a full meal. So, don’t skip your tea before you come. The hall’s licensed bar will be open.
Just a few recent reviews of George’s shows:
“It’s a hilarious show, with surprisingly good food”
- The Times.
“It is refreshing to encounter a performer who really is unique”The Telegraph.
“Go see George Egg.You’ll never look at a Corby trouser press in the same way again. Brilliant”
- Jay Rayner, food critic, The Observer
