The design concept for Kopi Petik is designed based on franchise guidelines. Theyuseneutralcolors: Grey, white and wood color texture.

Brodam’s Guest House & Cafe
The coffee shop is located in Pematang Siantar, North Sumatera with an total area 49 m2. The main building on this site is guest house, but the client provides additional facilities for café.
The client requested for a modern and minimalist design concept. Cozy and warming atmosphere from the wood accents will give people comfort.
Open kitchen and cashier as a highlight from the space. The circulation from every tables are arranged with good circulation.
