The 5th annual FREE All Kids Included Family Arts Festival “Dreams Take Flight,” presented by the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs with support and funding from The Children’s Trust, will be held 10 am-5 pm on Saturday, April 23, 2011 at the new South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center located at located at 10950 SW 211 Street, Cutler Bay. The All Kids Included Family Arts Festival is presented as an innovative, interdisciplinary community arts festival for children and families with or without disabilities, and features live entertainment, interactive arts activities and community resources for parents. Each component of the festival is designed to be accessible, utilizing technology such as Braille, guided tours, ASL interpretation and Shadow Interpreted Theatre. The theme for this year's festival is "Dreams Take Flight," celebrating overcoming adversity and following your dreams.
