A MESSAGE FROM THE STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMITTEE

PILLAR II - UPGRADE AMENITIES TO TURN WEAKNESSES INTO STRENGTHS

Member feedback provided the framework to help MGC identify areas of need and elevate the overall consistency of our member experience. We are evaluating and prioritizing opportunities for existing amenity improvements to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained.

Facilities Master Plan. We have engaged an architect and design firm and are working on schematic design for improvements to the clubhouse that we will bring to the membership for input and ultimately approval to go forward with construction. The plan we are working on right now includes a new grill and patio design, relocated Pro Shop, golf simulator area, improvements to the Rosburg Room and banquet room and outdoor and indoor bar and dining enhancements. More information will be shared as our plans progress over the coming weeks and months.

Plans are also being finalized on the renovation of the Pool Locker rooms. New tile, fixtures and finishes, additional changing rooms and upgraded bathroom stalls will be completed over the winter/spring months. We are planning on finishing up all of these great improvements by the pool’s Summer’23 opening.

PILLAR III - IMPROVE OPERATIONS AND PROGRAMMING TO ENHANCE MEMBER EXPERIENCE

The committee members working on this pillar have been hard at work to create a member and guest experience that exceeds member expectations. Plans are being developed to invest in our staff, manage operations efficiently and pursue continuous improvements to ensure that the MGC member experience is optimized.

In March of 2023 MGC will be rolling out an upgrade to our website and implementing expanded capabilities in the ForeTees app. The ForeTees app will be your new one stop shop for all Club information and tools including:

• Making tee times and access to GHIN • Accessing Menus • Making dining reservations • Accessing the Club directory • Viewing member statements • Accessing the Club calendar and documents

We are also drafting an updated and more efficient Communications Strategy to coordinate and improve the dissemination of information to our members. We plan to sync information with the website, improve email communication, and eliminate the MembersFirst app.

A Master Calendar is being finalized for all 2023 Club events. This includes, golf tournaments, golf events, golf course and Club closures, and all other special events.

PILLAR IV – FORTIFY BRAND POSITIONING AS A TOP-TIER GOLF CLUB IN THE MARKET

The Drone Video we contracted with MatchPlay Marketing to create has been shared with the Club. We will be using this video and working with them to create several digital marketing tools over the coming months:

• An 18 Hole Flyover / Voiceover of our fantastic 18 Hole Course • Prospective Member Overviews: Golf Member Golf Experience, Family Club Experience,

Social Member Experience • Outside Event Overview: Space, Amenities, Services for Weddings, Social Events and Corporate Meetings
