What inspired you to start Remote WorkHER, and how does it address unique challenges in the remote work landscape?
Remote WorkHER was born out of my desire to empower women to break free from traditional work constraints and achieve financial independence Having experienced the benefits of remote work firsthand, I recognized a significant gender gap in access to remote opportunities. Many women, especially in Africa, face socioeconomic challenges, lack of mentorship, and limited resources to navigate this space
Remote WorkHER addresses these unique challenges by providing skill-building resources, mentorship, and a supportive community, helping women confidently transition into remote careers and excel in their professional lives

These numbers remind us that we’re moving in the right direction and making a meaningful impact

What’s a personal interest or hobby you pursue outside of your professional life to stay balanced?
