Kesterson Realty started as a small office in 1992. Since the beginning of their business, they have been serving Fort Dodge and the surrounding areas and have grown into a full-service real estate and appraisal company.
In 2016, Kesterson Realty made a big move to their current location at 1926 1st Ave S, giving the team a more visible and welcoming space.
In fact, the current building also used to be an ice cream shop, and every now and then Jeremiah Condon and Todd McCubbin have been known to keep the tradition alive by handing out ice cream to the community in the old drive through.
Over the years, the business has expanded not just in size but also in services, adding more agents and growing its appraisal division.
Today, Kesterson Realty is proud to be a trusted name in real estate, build on hard work, community roots, and doing business the right way.
When it came to choosing Fort Dodge as the business location, it was because most of the Realtors are natives of the town.

“We love it here because of the great people, the strong sense of community, and the opportunity for growth,” said Jeremiah Condon, co-owner of Kesterson Realty. “Our roots run deep, and we believe Fort Dodge is a place where businesses and families can thrive.”
Their goal for the future is to continue growing and serving Fort Dodge the best they can. Condon added,
“In the last few years, we have grown from 10-15 realtors, and we plan to keep building a strong, dedicated team to meet the needs of our community.”
As for where they would like to see Fort Dodge in the next few years, they would love to see the Egg Park development filled with new businesses, and the Decker Development booming with new and existing businesses.
Condon believes Fort Dodge is a great place to live and work, and it deserves to keep growing and attracting new opportunities.

As for choosing Fort Dodge as his business location, it is simply because this is the town he grew up in, making it his home.

“Household furniture can be very tough to move, but good coffee and a positive attitude always makes it a good day,” added Brandow.
While helping customers move, it also gives them the opportunity to get to know them and help them through sad or happy times during the move.
