ABOUT BAMBOO EXPO X KOKUYO 2017
Bamboo x KOKUYO is one of the most renown specialized exhibition in commercial space and hospitality design industry in Japan. From the previous eight years, Bamboo Expo was successfully invited manufacturers and developers to participate in one kind of trade show for interior designers and architects to visit. Bamboo Expo is a business platform to provide a uniqueness of networking opportunity in-between manufacturer, Designers, and developer. The multi-communicating platform aims to create new value through their Chemical reaction. It is unlikely very typical trade show between Manufacturer and Users. Besides the exhibition, the program includes the networking event to stimulate communication for these tri-crossing business.They include seminar, talk session, Bar event (sponsored by Suntory). In 2017, Bamboo Expo is supported by KOKUYO as co-host (one of the Largest Stationary & Office furniture manufacture brand which represents Japanese global market. Annual sales profit is 300 billion JPY). The venue scale becomes twice bigger than the previous Bamboo Expo. The Exhibition venue location is in front of JR Shinagawa station. It’s a part of Kokuyo showroom inside Kokuyo Headquarter.

* HOTEL AND FLIGHT IS EXCLUDED. Upon receipt of the invoice issued by MOD, the payment of the tour fee must be completed on or before September 30, 2017 to below designated bank account in order to secure your property of exhibition. Beneficiary Bank : Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd Kwai Chung Branch Hong Kong SWIFT code : SCBKHKHHXXX Beneficiary Account Name : Myriad of Design Alliance Limited Beneficiary Account Number : 34482-07506-1 (HKD) Upon receipt of the invoice issued by the organizer, full payment of the participation fee need to be made completed by the date of the invoice. Full Payment has to done by bank transfer in Hong Kong Dollar to designated bank account. All bank transfer fees, if any, are to be borne by the exhibitor. Without the full payment, the Organizer and Incorporate Overseas Partner (MOD) reserves the right to refuse the participation. CANCELLATION CHARGE Cancellation of all or part of the applied exhibition space will not be accepted and non-transferable. However, if the notice of cancellation has notified in written and the reason for cancellation is deemed unavoidable, the cancellation will only be accepted upon the payment of the following charge: From the date of "Confirmation of your application for participation": • Before 6th October 2017: 50% of the total participation fee • On or after 6th October 2017: 100% of the total participation fee (and, if any, the reimbursement for the Organizer’s expenses caused by the cancellation). This cancellation policy will also be applied to those exhibitors who find they are unable to obtain Japanese entry visas to attend the fair or unable to have their exhibits cleared through Japanese customs. General Terms and Conditions for BAMBOO EXPO x KOKUYO: Definition: a. “Organiser” means Bamboo Media Co. Ltd & [KOKUYO Ltd.]. Which is responsible for the regulation and control of all aspects of the exhibition. b. “Incorporate Overseas Partner“ means Myriad of Design Alliance Limited which is in charge of Overseas Pavilion of Bamboo Expo x KOKUYO c. “Applicant” means a sole proprietorship, partnership, or limited company applying to exhibit at the exhibition. d. “Exhibitor / Exhibitors” means a sole proprietorship, partnership, or limited company applying to exhibit at the exhibition whose application to present at the exhibition has been accepted by the Organizer in the form of a written confirmation and has paid the full participation fee.
