Bankers Build Sponsorship

Every donation is an investment.

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis invites local banks to join us for our Bankers Build. Together, we’ll help more local families build or improve places they can call home through affordable home mortgages, rehabilitation projects and renovations to help seniors live in their homes longer.

Bankers Build Sponsorship Levels

Vault – $100,000 - $150,000

• Volunteer opportunities on the build site*

• Logo recognition on Bankers Build webpage on memphishabitat.com, Bankers Build T-shirt, Bankers Build signage, and full-page, color Memphis Business Journal ad.**

• Bankers Build promotional toolkit to promote bank’s support of the project. Toolkit will include art for printed materials, social media and web graphics, and messaging.***

• Speaking opportunity at Bankers Build home dedication/ homebuyer celebration

• Dedicated social media recognition. Memphis Habitat will also boost that post to seek additional impressions.

Ledger – $50,000 - $85,000

• Volunteer opportunities on the build site*

Balance – $25,000 - $40,000

Aging In Place Program

Memphis Habitat’s Aging In Place Program serves homeowners age 60 and older in Fayette and Shelby counties. Focusing on critical home repairs, accessibility improvements and mobility modifications, this program seeks to help older homeowners move around safely and independently inside their homes, and complete daily routines more easily.

Your sponsorship will support Memphis Habitat’s homebuying program, which includes materials and construction; homebuyer education and post-purchase support for Habitat homebuyers; and other programmatic expenses. Memphis Habitat serves 100% low- to moderate-income homebuyers.

Donations to Memphis Habitat’s affordable homeownership and Aging In Place programs can qualify for Community Reinvestment Act credit.
