Memoria JOB DESCRIPTION POST TITLE:

National Relief Manager

HOURS:

Full-time (50 hours a week)

ACCOUNTABLE TO:

Operations Executive

SALARY:

£30,000

PLACE OF WORK:

Field-based Monday to Friday

JOB PURPOSE Directly responsible to the Operations Executive, this role is designed to provide handson support to all Memoria crematoria across the country. The right candidate will be fully trained in all operational aspects of a Memoria operated crematorium to include: • • • •

Administration (Bookings, paperwork, invoicing, processing etc.) Cremation Chapel Attending (including Wesley Media operations) General building and grounds maintenance

The candidate will have flexibility to ne field-based Monday to Friday to allow them to cover all sicknesses/Holiday periods delegated by the Operations Executive. This will ensure the provision of a smoothly-run, high quality bereavement service which conforms in all respects with current status, local authority regulations and ICCM guidelines that are specified under Memoria company policy. This role includes travel and working away at short notice to respond to the requirements of the business. There will be an element of working from home too when not based at a Memoria site. PERSON SPECIFICATION CRITERIA Skills/Abilities/Knowledge 1. 3 years experience in Business Administration 2. Some recognised Management experience 3. High level of IT skills to include: Microsoft Excel, Word and an administrative system
