• Uncover what has been stopping you, slowing you down, or keeping you from having the health you desire • Develop a powerful vision for what total transformation looks like for you • Discover which foods and lifestyle habits are sapping your energy and what to do to combat it • Get crystal clear on a step-by-step plan to boost your energy in 90 days To schedule your complimentary Total Transformation strategy session contact Vanessa O'brey at vobrey@bcc1898.com.

HEALTH COACHING TIP: MEAL PREP

If you are looking for ways to simplify mealtime and eat healthier, and you do not meal prep, then it is time to make it a habit! Meal prepping can save you a lot of headaches when it comes to the dreaded, “What should we eat?" Not to mention saving time and money. Contrary to what you might think, meal prepping does not have to be complicated! Meal prepping is the process of making full meals or meal components in bulk ahead of time. Using meal prep techniques to prepare your food for the week can offer several benefits such as lower grocery bills, less time in the grocery store, smarter meal choices, reduced food waste, better portion control, reduced stress, and less time cooking. Pick your meal prep day, plan, and set aside a block of time. It can be broken up into two days. One day for shopping and one for preparation. Write a list of everything you need and plan for the week ahead. For more information on how Health Coaching can benefit you, contact Vanessa O'brey at vobrey@bcc1898.com.
