The West Course Refreshment Stand has received an upgrade with a TurboChef! The menu of hot items offered this year includes the BCC Turnover, soft pretzels, grilled cheese, and a classic breakfast sandwich made with sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. ◆

BCC TURNOVER ⊲

The BCC Turnover, created by Executive Sous Chef Kevin Keller, is made with house-smoked brisket, smoked Gouda, and bourbon BBQ sauce in a pretzel pocket. To give you more options for a mid-game drink we have added several new spirits at the stands including Bulleit Bourbon, Maker’s Mark bourbon, Bushmills, Deep Eddy Orange, Avion Blanco Tequila, and 1800 Blanco Tequila. ◆

DEVIL'S BACKBONE ▼

The newest additions to our cocktail offerings at the stands are by Devil’s Backbone. They have crafted these fantastic canned Grapefruit Smash and Orange Smash cocktails with real fruit pulp!

Sunshine is a nonalcoholic energy seltzer with a laundry list of essential vitamins and minerals, 70mg caffeine extracted from green coffee beans, and six flavors with options of zero calorie sugar-free or 60 calories with sugar. We are using their popular Ginger-Berry flavor instead of ginger ale to mix up a Transfusion ‘Boost’ cocktail. That's sure to get your golf game right!

GATORADE ENERGY CHEWS ⊲

Gatorade Energy Chews provide a blend of B vitamins that get you ready to perform. Without caffeine, you may want to combine them with either an Aveley Farms cold brew or a Sunshine, but these energy chews do something that caffeine cannot.
