The Arah Pemuda Foundation carries the theme Youth Service #9 which is a series of community empowerment activities based on Human Centered & Resource Development. This activity is expected to provide benefits to the beneficiaries at the activity location (Komodo Village) as well as for participants to dedicate themselves and learn in the field of community development & empowerment.

'English ability in a healthy competitive manner by holding a national level English Tournament.
Arah Pemuda Indonesia (API) is an organization that operates in the social sector and community empowerment. ▪ Conducted 27+ team members training sessions for the Animal Pop Komodo team from Rinca Island's, covering organizational structure, digital branding, and editing tools proficiency.
▪ Crafted and executed effective social media strategies, leading to a substantial 20% increase in followers.
▪ Utilized analytical skills to assess audience response and optimize strategies for enhanced reach and impact.
▪ Successfully securing over IDR 3,000,000. Mobilized contributions from respective regions as a delegate, showcasing dedication to community support and impactful resource mobilization.

Enlighten the Future is expected to stimulate the spirit and maximize the potential of the underprivileged children to persue higher education in the future without having to feel less with all of their limitations .

• To help the public gain awareness of the value of our project contribute to the community(educating children)

• Collaborating with exchange China an d 8 participants fro m Malaysia t o do fundraising for charity and teach the children about the culture of each exchange participants country to give better education for at underprivileged ch ildren Anak Bangsa.

People Preneur is one of projects that AIESEC in Universitas
Brawijaya has, it is based on SDG number 8 which is decent work and economic growth.
Why do People Preneur exists? There are 800 units of SMEs which spread over 5 districts in Malang city and 418000 more which spread over 33 districts in Malang regency.
But sadly, the problems that often occur that prevent those SME’s to have a high competitiveness are mainly because modal, marketing, IT, or network issues.
As a Social Enterprise, here we as AIESECers come in by holding this entrepreneur theme based project to help SME’s and hopefully found a supreme product that has the potential to be developed in order to increase the SME’s productivity and competitiveness both in local, regional and global markets.
Objective:
• To inform family members in Malang about People Preneur to contribute with us as part of experiencing an open-the-world experience to your family.
Action:
• Managed data of Peoplepreneur Summer Project 2019 consisting of required travel documents.
• Conducting webinars during the pre-realization stage of the project.
• Market Research for the new possible host families.
Result: Sucessfully providing suitable host families for 16 exchange participants from 7 countries with satisfactory results for Exchange Parcipants (EP) and Host Families (HF).
Objective:
• Headed an International project that was participated by international participants from 4 different countries based on SDG’s no. 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). Raise awareness about creative industries in the business world as a millennial and free workshop for youth and the general public. 5
Action:
• Identifying strategic business planning to build a partnership with potential stakeholders (SMEs) by utilizing a centralized tracker.
• Planning the project, Making the working timeline and Creating KPI for each member.
• Educating each member of the project regarding the purpose of the project and the SOP of each job description.
• Responsible for 8 staff members, 5 local volunteers, and 6 exchange participants.
Result:
• Engaged 200 participants for a workshop.
• Managing funds of 1 million rupiah then increasing the amount by IDR 3.533.00,- experiencing an increase of 25% from the previous year.
Objective:
• Collect funding to support the national event for 300+ participant.
Action:
• Promoted the competition to high school students by utilizing social media (LINE, Instagram, and Twitter).
Result:
• Engaged 6 Media Partner.
• Reached out t o sponsor for our event and gained the total value IDR 1.195.042,-
