The bivouac remains as in 2020 in Nafpaktos in the same area as all these years a. Camping capacity is limited b. Special space for motorhomes

Luggage transfer free by organization for bikes (SSV & Quads assistance obligatory) i. One set of tires or wheels ii. One bag or box with clothes, spare parts and tools iii. One bag or box with camping equipment All boxes, bags and wheels must be named and tagged by the competitors with name and race number

Tracking a. Stella Anube is the system that will be used in Hellas Rally for all participants i. All Rally competitors will be using Stella EVO 3 ii. Raid class competitors will be using Anube Spika b. A quick guide of the system is here c.
Cost of Stella system is i. 150euros for Stella EVO III ii. 60 euros for Spika iii. All competitors will pay rental and other tracking fees directly to the provider

GPS devices a. All competitors of Rally, ELITE and FIM classes are prohibited to use GPS devices of their own b. Enduro Cup class and Raid class is necessary to have one c. GPS data will be distributed over Rally website every day d. GPS devices and data uploads are the responsibility solely of the owners of the device e. Trippy owners will get a data file with GPS tracks and not Roadbook.
10. Hygiene measures 2021 Given the situation we will update constantly depending on EU and government decisions 11. Postponement 2020 Due to the situation, we were forced to postpone the event two times and proceed with a 2021 edition. This unfortunate decision was not taken lightly by us taking under consideration that in March 2020 the rally was already prepared and all necessary expenses were made including printing the roadbooks. Therefore, for those who paid the entry fee of 2020 edition we offer: a. b.
Voucher for 2021 or 2022 Rally, without any add on fees. Refund for specific reasons, any case will be examined carefully and individually
All competitors need to access this form and either confirm their participation in the next 2 editions or request a refund. Please be precise with the details and always attach a copy of your bank statement.
