Coffee breaks: We have a large selection of coffee break options but if you would like to create your own, please do not hesitate to ask for a quote.

Cocktail: Welcome your guests with a welcome cocktail reception in a private space with appetizers and open bar.

Gala and theme dinners: We offer several options with its particular decor decoration, ation, but once again, if you would like to create your own personalized private dinner for the group we will help you to do it and quote it according to your particular needs.

Meeting Rooms Booking Options There are several options to book a meeting spac spacee at Ocean Hotels. Here is a list of different possibilities we can offer your group: The meeting rooms can be reserved without coffee breaks or additional services with a minimum charge of US$425.00 per day By selecting a coffee break we can give you th the meeting room free of charge.. The total amount to be paid id has to be no less than US$425 US$425.00. If the amount paid for coffee break is less than US425.00 US425 an additional charge to totalize the minimum fee applies.

If the group requires a cocktail or a private gala/theme dinner inside the meeting room, the fee for the meeting room can also be waived if the total spent for the cocktail or dinner is equal o higher of room rental fee.. If the amount paid for the cocktail options or private dinners selected is less than US$425.00 .00 an additional charge to totalize the minimum fee applies.
