Save A Castle
Castle's Save A Castle program helps turn dilapidated homes into dream homes. After several years of watching national homeownership rates fall Castle Building & Remodeling decided it was time to try to do something about it. Late in 2012 Castle formed a plan to begin “saving” old homes with character and either sell the homes to owner occupied families or help our employees to purchase a home through the Castle Employee Homeownership Assistance Plan. Our mission is to buy, remodel, and return these Castles to their former glory and make them ready for the next 80 years.
Our Favorite Types of Projects
• Homes with structural challenges or
that are small that can be expanded with a 2nd floor addition. • Properties not listed on the MLS. • Condemned or vacant properties in rough shape in above average neighborhoods.
Our Philosophy
We believe in doing things right the first time. Cutting corners to cover up problems isn’t our style. As a part of a larger remodeling organization, Castle Building & Remodeling, Inc. (www.castlebri.com) that works with hundreds of clients each year, we have no incentive to cut corners or do low quality repairs on our Save A Castle renovations.
