Afro Business Expo

Opening Africa’s opportunities to the UK

13 September 2017

Welcome Ngozi Fakeye Welcome to the 2017 Afro Business Expo (London Conference). My passion for promoting partnership and investment between Africa and the UK is fuelled by being British African and understanding both sides of the Atlantic. Over the last 4 years, my team and I have built up the ABE (Afro Business Expo) brand in the UK, connecting UK and African businesses. 2017 is our first incursion into London based on a growing demand from stakeholders outside the Thames Valley. For this London event, our focus is on optimising the benefits of Brexit UK business and Africa. As the uncertainty about hard and soft Brexit continues, African investors can take advantage of a host of UK government incentives to promote British investment and trade with the wider world. This is an opportunity that should not be missed and will be open for only a short time. The Expo is unique because it brings real opportunities and connects people who have a genuine interest in mutual and sustainable benefit to the table. As we network in the capital city, our motto remains to interact, to share and to profit. Thank you,

Ngozi Ngozi Fakeye
