Company history The ÜNVER Ltd. was established in 1994 located in Odorhellen, Romania. The company's main activities are: commercializing of central heating systems, water supplies, drain pipes, sanitary outfits and other accessories, code CAEN 2221. Our company is going through a continuous process of dynamic development, becoming a widely known importer and distributor of goods on the domestic and international market, in Hungary, Turkish, Swiss, Italy, Poland and Germany. At the moment the company's commercializing about 5000 products. This activity is supported by a young and well found car fleet, as well as, by a storage capacity. PP-R Fiberglass reinforced pipe

Materials: Ăœnver PP-R glass fibre reinforced pipe PP-R/GF/PP-R consist of three layers where the inner and outer layers are produced of PP-R and the middle layer is produced of the special mixture of PP-R and glass fibre raw material.

Installation Pipes can be installed under or above the floor. The installation is very easy and quick. However, one has to pay attention to the following simple points when installing polypropylene pipes: Pipes have to discharge the radial and axial extensions; compensations may be done using fixed points, supporting bracket sleeve (allowing pipe to slide).

Polypropylene pipe with aluminum foil inside This pipe consists of three layers: the inner pipe and outer coat are made of PPR Type 3 with an aluminum layer inside. The layer is combined with wrapped welding. The layer has a special and both sided PP film on it to maintain the mechanical connection between the aluminum and PPR layers.

Welding technique The quality of an installation depends on the tightness, stability and lifetime of its connections. Fusion welding technique is safe because parts made of polypropylene create a homogenous connection, within this process. When the welded joint cools down, it can be fully loaded. The resulting joints are very reliable and they are as strong as the pipe itself. The pipe may even break before the socket welded joint under tension.

Welding takes only a few seconds. After cutting the pipe perpendicularly to its axis, both the pipes and the fittings (these must be clean, if not please clean it with a cloth or alcohol-water solution) are heated with the welding machine (generally up to 260 0C+/-10 0C) and they are joinedwithouttwisting.


Oxygen impermeability Oxygen penetration reduces the operating life by corroding the radiator and the heater device. Oxygen diffusion from the atmospheric air is one of the most common ways of oxygen penetrating into the system. Plastic pipes do not prevent this penetration. The aluminum layer increases the life of the radiator and the heater device by preventing.

Thermal extension in PPR Pipes The PPR pipes have an extension coefficient that is 11 times more than metal pipes. So, this characteristic should be taken into consideration during installation.

PP Random Copolimer (PPR-C Type 3)

Material: Ăœ n v e r p i p e & f i t t i n g s a r e p r o d u c e d u s i n g P P R a n d o m C o p o l i m e r ( P P R - C Ty p e 3 ) . PP Random Copolimer (PPR-C Type 3) is commonly used in drinking and hot water, floor and radiator heating systems as well in every kind of liquid distribution systems. (Please see chemical resistance table for different kind of liquid.) PP Random Copolimer (PPR-C Type 3) has a lot of advantages over other plastics such as: long life duration and resistance to pressure and heat, better flexibility, high acoustic and thermal insulation, hygiene etc. PP Random Copolimer (PPR-C Type 3) conforms to the requirements of German standards DIN 8077 and 8078.

PE-RT-AL-PE-RT multilayered pipes

Description:

Drinking water systems Combining the benefits of metal and plastic material, but avoiding the drawbacks of both, PERT/AL/PE-RT multilayer pipes are an ideal choice for drinking water systems. This pipe is made up of a longitude welded aluminium layer that is surrounded on the inside and outside by layers of polyethylene of raised temperature resistance. The aluminium provides excellent resistance to pressure and temperature. The inner and outer PE-RT layers inhibit scaling and corrosion whilst the addition of aluminium gives the pipe a strength which makes it an excellent alternative to copper.

Underfloor Heating Systems In underfloor heating systems, the barrier layer usually consists of EVOH. Widely used for many years, EVOH has demonstrated a good combination of processability and barrier properties, which prevent oxygen from permeating through the pipe. A drawback of EVOH is the negative impact moisture has on the barrier characteristics. However, the industry continues to look for alternative solutions, and in the meantime uses a protective outside layer of DOWLEX™ PE-RT resins to keep the EVOH barrier functional (five layer structure pipe).

Pex-Al-Pex pipes Ăœnver PEX-AL-PEX pipe is a five-layer composite pipe that combines the advantages of a metal and plastic pipe and eliminates the disadvantages of both materials at the same time. The aluminum core is absolutely diffusion tight; it reliably prevents oxygen/gases from permeating into pipe. It compensates and reduces snap-back forces and heat expansion with changes of temperature. pex-al-pex multilayer pipe Ăœnver PEX multilayer composite pipe consists of an overlapped or butt welded aluminum core with an inner and outer layer or high temperature-resistant polyethylene. All layers are permanently bonded together by intermediate adhesive layers. The aluminum thickness for Ăœnver PEX pipe has been selected to meet compressive and flexural strength requirements.

Application: 1. Underfloor heating; 2. Heating system of caliduct and wall, the equipment for snow melting in cold regions; 3. Heat and cold pipes for life, solar energy water heater, irrigation engineer in agriculture; 4. Pipes for coal gas and natural gas, air-condition and blower; 5. Pipes for electric wire and cable; 6. Pipes for oil and industrial liquids transportation.

Advantages: 1. Healthful, not poisonous. The pipe has the same strength as the metal pipe. Easy to bend, reluctant to retain former shape; 2. Easy to cut and install. It can be connected with special fittings instead of screw fittings .Small diameter pipes can be rolled and packaged in desired length and easily bent in order that many directional parts such as elbows or angles are no longer necessary. Much labor cost can be saved; 3. Smooth inner surface of the pipe reduces resistance to the fluids. The ability to transport water is 30% more efficient; 4. Good resistance of acerbity, corrosion and super properties of high temperature, high pressure. The media temperature rangs from -70-110. Heat conduction coefficient is only 0.45W/m-k; 5. Light weight,only 1/10 of galvanized pipes and lower transportation fees and lower cost ; 6. Lifespan of the pipe is more than fifty years (Based on normal use).
