Betsy Campbell fell in love with the mountains of Wyoming and moved to Jackson in 2001 and began selling real estate in 2010. Betsy is an avid participant in outdoor endurance sports including distance running and cycling. Betsy is very knowledgeable about all aspects of living in Jackson and is very well connected in the local community. She donates free time to Teton Adaptive Sports.

Brett moved to Jackson Hole in 1993. Twenty-five years later, he is a six-time award winner in Jackson’s “Best Real Estate Agents” and a former TBOR Realtor of the Year. He fishes, golfs, practices hot yoga and chases his two kids. He’s a Realtor because he’s been lucky enough to build a life in this vibrant community, and likes helping other people build lives in Jackson Hole too.

Des started his real estate in 2011 and quickly became one of the top-producing agents in the firm before joining Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty in August 2017. Des is an active volunteer, avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending his free time hiking, skiing, and fly fishing in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem with his wife, three children, and the family dog.

EMILY FIGENSHAU, ASSOCIATE BROKER Born and raised in Michigan, Emily has now lived in Jackson since 2000. Years later she is a wife, mother, and dedicated real estate professional. Emily was licensed in 2007 and when she is not out selling real estate, Emily can be found skiing, climbing, fishing, running and hanging with her family in the Tetons.

JERILYN ARRIOLA, SALES ASSOCIATE Born and raised in Idaho Falls, Jerilyn has a deep passion for the mountain lifestyle and all the adventure it offers. After moving to Jackson in 2000, she knew she had found her forever home. She raised two amazing young men in this one-of-a-kind community. She deeply enjoys sharing her love for Jackson Hole and Eastern Idaho with her clients, who often become friends.

KRISTINE ABBEY, SALES ASSOCIATE

Originally from the the Central Coast of California, Kristine has traveled extensively and has lived throughout the United States and in Japan. After falling in love with the beauty of the Tetons, she left her fast-paced life in DC, and moved to Jackson.

Now her true passion is to help others find their mountain home. Kristine enjoys downhill and cross-country skiing, mountain biking, and hiking.

We all like to save money where we can. It’s why we get excited when it’s off-season and all the restaurants are half-price! Here’s a list of common concerns, and in our experience, why they shouldn’t be.

Money

On average, Realtor Estate Brokerages charge 6% of the selling price at closing. For a $1,000,000 home, that is $60,000! If however, we fail to sell your home, you pay us nothing. We’re that conf ident in our services. When we recommend pricing for your property, we’ll suggest a listing price with a goal of achieving the most money in the shortest time - a combination that can mean 1030% more net prof it for you.*

Time

A For Sale By Owner requires considerable time and energy - f rom staging the property and taking perfect pictures, to creating marketing that’s just right. You’ll also spend time showing the property, entertaining lookie-loo’s and tire-kickers, and interacting with Realtors who have more experience in the process. It is also an emotional drain when people come into your “home” and criticize the very things you love about it.

In our experience, the For Sale By Owner route is not for the faint of heart. We have a strong track record for connecting Buyers and Sellers privately and will utilize our network to help start the selling momentum.

Negotiating

We facilitate anything and everything that is needed to get to the closing table, f rom assisting the title company to accommodating home inspectors. Communication is the number one priority, with both clients and other Realtors for the duration of the deal.

Advertising

As Realtors, we have access to the Multiple Listing Service, the easiest way to get your home listed on Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and many other popular real estate sites. A large majority of home buyers begin their search on sites like these, and you want your home to be seen by as many buyers as possible. It’s no surprise that homes sold via FSBO have seen a steady decline as online real estate has become the norm.*

CREATION OF MEDIA ASSETS PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY Schedule at least one photography session with a local professional including interior, exterior and aerial drone shots.

CUSTOM PRINT COLLATERAL CREATION Design and produce different print pieces (post cards, brochures, etc.) to be used for different events and marketing purposes.

PHASE 3

MEDIA EXPOSURE SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN & LAUNCH TO EXISTING CLIENTS Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty (JHSIR) has an in-house social media marketing coordinator who will initially promote the release of your property to Facebook, and other social media channels. With our extensive contacts in our McPeak Group network. An initial launch will be made to our existing clients and customers.

DIRECT MAIL TO NEIGHBORS It’s been our experience that sometimes your biggest advocate for selling your home can be f riends and neighbors who live in the same vicinity. We will produce a direct mail piece to announce your listing to our neighbors.

INCLUSION IN THE JHSIR SEASONAL CATALOG OF FINE PROPERTIES Distributed at 9 off ice locations around the region, including the only real estate off ices in Teton Village, JHSIR’s coffee table brochure serves as a seasonal showcase of the Jackson Hole real estate market.

TETON BOARD OF REALTORS MLS, NEWSPAPER AND INTERNET AD PLACEMENTS Run color ads in the Jackson Hole Daily and Jackson Hole Weekly with at least one placement per month.

Print placements will also be complemented by Online placements like Realtor.com’s “Featured Property”, and enhanced placement via the benef it of working with a “Featured Agent” on Trulia and Zillow.com.

TETON BOARD OF REALTORS OPEN HOUSE Ensure the property is exposed to the 725-member local board of realtors. Depending on the impact to you as the seller, we would also suggest hosting multiple open houses for both the real estates community and during peak holiday weekends for the general public.
